You will work closely with the Head of Business Development on initiatives that run end to end from scoping and validation to implementation. Together with cross-functional teams you will develop execute and scale strategic initiatives across the organization.

You combine strong analytical skills with a structured hands-on approach and are comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Scoping & Building Business Cases
  • Take the lead in scoping new strategic initiatives framing the problem and defining the opportunity
  • Build clear and structured business cases including sizing success metrics and impact potential.
Identifying Opportunities
  • Continuously spot and evaluate new opportunities within our marketplace business that can strengthen or expand the business.
  • Leverage data to uncover trends challenges and untapped potential.
Driving Implementation
  • Translate strategy into action by driving the implementation of strategic initiatives across the organization.
  • Track performance follow through on deliverables and make sure initiatives translate into tangible business outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Business Economics Data Analytics or related).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets as well as PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • Experience working with BI tools such as Looker Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with BigQuery and SQL is considered a plus.
  • 2 years of experience in consulting private equity venture capital a scale-up start-up or related experience.
  • You have strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • You are comfortable taking ownership and driving projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
  • You can balance strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset to move initiatives from scoping to execution.
  • You work effectively with stakeholders across different teams and functions.
  • You have strong communication skills and are able to structure complex information clearly influence decisions and adapt your message to different audiences.
