Headquartered in Berlin, Germany, we are constantly on the lookout for promising opportunities, starting with Seed / Series A investments of 1m to 5m, and ensuring continuous support by reserving up to 15m for upcoming financing rounds.
- Build and manage relationships with venture partners, LPs, and founders, ensuring alignment with the fund's goals.
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to foster collaboration and provide a high-quality experience for investors, founders, and other stakeholders.
- Proactively create content related to the fund and portfolio companies; own and manage all online channels (e.g., social media, website).
- Drive the fund's rebranding initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person events supporting community engagement and increasing the fund's presence.
- Identify and pursue PR and media opportunities, including articles, interviews, podcasts, and speaking engagements at panels or conferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align communications and community efforts with broader marketing and operational strategies.
Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English
- At least 3 years of experience in community management, partnership management, or a related role within the venture capital or startup ecosystem.
- You are a strong storyteller, able to translate complex topics into compelling narratives that engage different audiences.
- Familiarity with and passion for venture capital ecosystems, startup culture, and investment processes.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with experience coordinating events and initiatives.
- Confident, proactive, and thrive in an autonomous role. You make things happen rather than wait for them to happen.
