getolo is looking for a Recruiting Team Lead (f / m / d) with a passion for hiring exceptional talent and building diverse inclusive teams. You will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission to create tailored insurance solutions for individual customer needs. We are looking for a motivated individual who is excited to join our team and help us continue to grow our business across Europe.
You should ideally live in the Berlin / Brandenburg area - this is a hybrid position with 1-2 days a week in the office expected.
