Team Lead CRM (maternity cover) (m / f / d)

As a Team Lead CRM (maternity cover) (m / f / d), you will join our global CRM team at Flix on a 1-year contract. This is a critical role to shape the future of CRM as we expand our capabilities, redefine our toolset, and constantly optimize for maximum revenue, profit, growth, scalability, and efficiency.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of 3 CRM Tech Managers and 2 CRM Data Analysts, ensuring their professional and personal development
  • Enable your team to deliver results with clear business outcomes by planning quarterly OKRs and aligning with key stakeholders across departments and functions
  • Define and drive the global vision and strategy for your teams, ensuring alignment with business and department goals
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of CRM communication in Braze across email and app channels to improve customer journeys
  • Ensure data-driven decision making across the entire CRM team by identifying and prioritizing analytics needs
  • Be proficient in the usage of Braze for multichannel, lifecycle-based communication and support the team to ensure effective usage
  • Stay on top of emerging CRM technologies, automation best practices, AI possibilities and innovations to maintain a competitive edge
About You
  • 5+ years as Team Lead, Product Owner or Senior Manager with CRM / marketing products
  • Proven expertise in CRM automations (strategy + operations), including channel orchestration, lifecycle journeys, and personalization
  • Strong experience with Braze is a must
  • Strong data analytics skills, with the ability to interpret performance data, define KPIs, and optimize CRM performance
  • Passion for customer-centricity and delivering high-quality products with well-defined SLAs and monitoring
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Able to motivate teams and collaborate effectively across departments and functions
  • Fluent in English
