- Develop, assess, and implement advanced end-to-end optimisation and simulation models to evaluate complex operational scenarios.
- Analyse and interpret extensive datasets to derive strategic insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with senior cross-functional teams to align simulation goals with business strategy.
- Conduct sensitivity analyses and validate simulation results for accuracy and reliability.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Stay updated with trends in simulation and data science to drive innovation.
- Degree in data science, operations research, engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in developing and applying simulation models in complex environments, with knowledge of AI technologies like reinforcement learning.
- Proficiency with statistical analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, MATLAB.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Understanding of retail operations is advantageous.
