DNTOX GmbH, founded in 2022 as a spin‑off from the IUF – Leibniz Research Institute for Environmental Medicine, is driving the future of animal test‑free chemical testing. What You’ll Do

• Shape and lead DNTOX’s corporate strategy
• Provide leadership at executive level and integrate science with business
• Lead and develop our interdisciplinary scientific and technical team
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GLP)
• Develop and maintain strategic initiatives, partnerships, and collaborations
• Support licensing, and financing activities

Who You Are

• PhD in life sciences, medicine, or a related field
• Several years of experience in leadership, ideally in industrial research or a start‑up environment
• Knowledge in new approach methodologies with focus on toxicology is a plus
• Strategic thinker, visionary, and decisive leader
• Excellent communicator, team player, and collaborator
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level or higher)
