The ideal candidate has over five years of experience in production or logistics, holds a degree in engineering, and possesses Lean/Six Sigma certification. Job Overview

Implementation, coordination and evaluation of procedures to optimize processes and the value stream at the Berlin-Oberschöneweide and Berlin-Weißensee sites.

  • Strategic responsibility for the implementation of improvement measures, further development of the sites and increasing productivity
  • Supporting the integration of previously unconnected processes (departments) into a cohesive extended value stream
  • Development and use of value stream maps to visualize the current and future state to identify strategic projects
  • Define and share standardized programs to train employees on lean manufacturing principles and technical problem solving
  • Leading continuous improvement projects at the site(s) in collaboration with the departments involved
  • Create, plan, execute and track the TEOA implementation plan and ensure TEOA actions are visible to stakeholders and driven to sustainable completion
What your background should look like :
  • Successfully completed studies in engineering or comparable
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in leading improvement activities
  • Experience in the areas of production or logistics
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Lean / Six Sigma Black or Green Belt certification
  • Communication and persuasion skills, high self-motivation
  • Good time management and strong planning and organizational skills
