A leading tech recruiting firm in Berlin is seeking a Senior/Principal Account Manager to shape long-term relationships with key clients. You will be responsible for driving account growth and revenue through proactive engagement and consultative strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in account management within the SaaS or tech industry, with exceptional communication skills in both English and German. As a Senior / Principal Account Manager youll play a critical role in shaping and growing long-term customer relationships. You wont just manage accounts youll act as a Trusted Advisor Challenger and Growth Partner driving commercial impact and ensuring customers unlock the full value of JOIN.
Your work will directly influence JOINs growth. Heres what that looks like :
You’ll report into our commercial leadership team and collaborate closely with colleagues across Sales Marketing and Product. This is a high-visibility role where your impact will directly shape JOINs success with enterprise and strategic accounts.

5 years of experience in Account Management Sales or Customer Success with a strong commercial focus (ideally in SaaS or Tech).
Proven track record in account growth and revenue impact.
Sales drive: you spot opportunities close deals and grow accounts with confidence.
Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English.
Proactive structured and independent working style you take ownership and deliver results.
Customer-centric mindset with the ability to turn business challenges into solutions.
Intrinsically motivated and hungry to make a difference.
Big plus: Fluent in French.
Nice-to-have: Experience in HR Tech.
