Now we are looking for a Social Media Manager / Content Creator (f/m/d) to join us. You will be in charge for our whole marketing efforts from building punchy social media posts to compelling blogs, videos, and newsletters. You bring our brand to life across multiple platforms. Your content inspires, drives engagement, and shapes Upway’s distinctive voice on our growth journey. • Social Media Management: Plan and schedule engaging posts across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, build community interaction, and optimize content using trends and performance data.
• CRM & Email Marketing: Create compelling email campaigns that boost engagement and retention, with eye-catching templates and ongoing performance analysis.
• Campaign & Website Activation: Execute creative, on-brand marketing campaigns and support website enhancements that improve user experience and engagement.

• Experience: 1–2 years in content creation, copywriting, or a related role with strong knowledge of social media platforms and current trends.
• Writing Skills: Passionate storyteller with excellent writing and editing skills in German.
• Creativity: Skilled in designing engaging visual content using tools like Figma or Canva, with basic video editing as a plus.
• Email Marketing: Experienced with platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
• Work Style: Self-motivated and eager to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Interest: A genuine passion for bicycles and e-bikes is a significant advantage.
