About the team

You join our Business Development team, working closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Sales, Account Management and Customer Engagement. The team is spread across Arnhem and Berlin and focuses on building new smart charging products, validating market needs and strengthening relationships with key partners. Within this group, you are the product lead for fleet solutions, ensuring that insights from fleet managers, company‑car drivers and B2B clients translate into a clear and focused product direction.

About the job

As Product Manager Fleet Solutions you are the central expert on the needs of fleet managers, company‑car drivers and our B2B‑focused clients. You combine market understanding with product structure, translating insights into a clear roadmap that guides internal teams and external partners.

You own the full product lifecycle for DeftFleet and DeftHome and ensure that product work is aligned, cost‑effective and based on data. You balance long‑term strategy with short‑term improvements and maintain continuous feedback loops in a multi‑client, multi‑fleet environment.

  • Define and maintain the fleet product vision and strategy for DeftFleet and DeftHome
  • Translate market, user and client needs into clear product direction
  • Manage the full product roadmap from ideation to release and iteration
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver solutions that balance quality with development cost
  • Prioritise features using data, research and structured customer feedback
  • Maintain feedback cycles and expectation management across a diverse client base

About you

  • 3+ years experience in product management for SaaS, energy, mobility or automotive solutions
  • Experience with fleet workflows, reimbursement processes and EV charging ecosystems
