The opportunity

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Mid-Market team and fuel our growing B2B business. This is a high-impact commercial role where you secure long-term commitment and maximize the value of our existing client base. Your mission is centered on maintaining strong client relationships, expanding business opportunities and securing existing revenue through excellent negotiation skills. You will act as a trusted strategic partner to our clients, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and continuous value realization - ensuring they achieve maximum impact with our solution.

What you will do
  • You manage a defined portfolio of Mid-Market B2B clients, owning the full lifecycle from onboarding to long-term success
  • You drive value realization and product adoption, developing tailored strategies to support customer health and performance
  • You analyse customer data, track key metrics, and translate insights into actionable success plans and commercial opportunities
  • You lead commercial discussions, identifying upsell opportunities and risks while driving value-focused strategies to grow account revenue and performance
  • You build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders — from operational contacts to senior management
  • You collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Product, Operations) to drive improvements and deliver an excellent customer experience
  • You share best practices with the team and support continuous improvement and knowledge development within Client Success
What you will need to succeed
  • You have several years of experience (3+ years) in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or Corporate Sales, ideally with B2B Mid-Market customers and experience in contract management & negotiation
  • You are a talented communicator, a true people person with high EQ, have strong negotiation skills, and can win over your counterparts with your enthusiasm
  • You think analytically and conceptually with a practical implementation focus, and you are confident in using data analysis in Excel/spreadsheets and CRM systems (like Salesforce)
  • You are experienced in relationship building and can simultaneously build multiple relationships at all levels within your clients
  • You work in a structured and independent manner, are goal-oriented and data-driven, and bring the necessary resilience and persistence to withstand pressure in challenging negotiations
  • You are business fluent in German and have excellent English skills
