Role: Apple Channel Store Advisor

As a Channel Store Advisor, you will showcase your ambitious spirit by leading sales, merchandising, and operations within an Apple Shop at a partner reseller store. You will encourage staff through your forward-thinking style, love for technology, and passion for Apple. Your influence will help grow Apple’s business by providing excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations, and training partner staff while ensuring merchandising standards are met.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of related experience
• Passion for helping customers and partners understand Apple technology
• Curiosity for continuous learning and knowledge sharing
• Outstanding customer focus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to educate, inspire, and influence others
• Solid relationship-building skills to become a trusted business partner

Description:

• Represent Apple within a partner store to build plans, achieve sales targets, and grow the business
• Collaborate and train reseller teams on products, services, and merchandising guidelines
• Promote customer engagement with the Apple ecosystem through demonstrations and consultations
• Maintain Apple’s merchandising and brand standards across your territory
• Provide daily care and inspection of displays and escalate issues promptly
• Enhance customer experience with creativity, curiosity, and innovative ideas
