This is a key commercial role focused on driving revenue, strengthening customer relationships, and building market share in one of Europe’s most strategic territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Manage and mentor one direct report, ensuring performance targets are met and professional development is supported.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and new business prospects.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
