We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our digital marketing activities across all channels, with a strong focus on lead acquisition. This position is part of our Marketing & Communications team.

• Conceptualize, plan, and executeintegrated digital marketing campaignsacross all relevantdigitalchannels with a strong focus onlead generation and lead nurturing.
• Lead, manage, and continuously improve ourdigital advertising campaigns-including planning,preparationand budget control.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights tooptimizestrategies and achieve measurable growth.
• Supportourteamin the strategic development of ourwebsite, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners tooptimizeuser experience, performance, and visibility.
• Stay ahead of trends, tools, and innovations in digital marketing, bringingnew ideasto continuously improve results.

• Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree inMarketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of proven experiencein digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or lead-driven environment, including working with relevant marketing CRM systems
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience withGoogle Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant digital marketing tools
• Demonstrated success in planning, executing, andoptimizingdigital advertising campaigns(SEA, Display, Social Ads)
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• ProfessionallanguageproficiencyinGermanandEnglish
• A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
