• You promote and implement agile principles and practices according to Scrum in the MS Dynamics CRM environment.
• You moderate Scrum events such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
• Additionally, you support the team in continuous improvement and remove obstacles.
• You train and mentor the team in agile methods.
• In doing so, you work closely with other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, developers, and other stakeholders.
• You promote the agile culture and continuous improvement in the company and ensure an effective workflow through tools like DevOps.

• You have completed a degree in economics or technical studies, such as business administration, (business) informatics, or a comparable education.
• You bring relevant professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in the IT field.
• Passion for agility, coaching, and collaboration with different people distinguishes you.
• You are a communication talent and always work solution-oriented.
• Ideally, you have a background in MS Dynamics CRM and/or software development.
• Your negotiation-level German skills and very good English skills complete your profile.
