As the Product Marketing Manager – Men’s at C&A, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for the Men’s category, bridging the gap between product and marketing teams to create compelling product narratives, seasonal storytelling, go-to-market strategies, drive engagement, and strengthen brand loyalty.

• Lead product marketing strategy and execution for the Men's category, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with range, marketing, campaign, and creative teams to develop compelling and consistent product storytelling across all customer touchpoints
• Drive consumer engagement through insights-driven marketing initiatives, leveraging market trends and consumer behavior data
• Align marketing efforts with business objectives to maximize brand impact, optimize go-to-market strategies, and drive sales growth

• 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or category marketing in fashion retail
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful product marketing and go-to-market strategies
• Expertise in consumer insights, storytelling, and trend-driven marketing
• Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, project management, and analytical skills
• Experience working with omni-channel retail environments, including eCommerce and brick-and-mortar
• Good command of spoken & written English
