In this role, you will lead the design and deployment of automation systems that enhance production efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Engineering and extensive experience in automation, including AI-based solutions. Strong project management skills and proficiency in PLC/SCADA programming are essential for this position.

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated automation and process control systems across multiple production lines.
- Integrate and leverage AI, machine learning, and smart sensor technologies for real-time process monitoring and control.
- Ensure seamless IT/OT integration for secure data exchange between automation systems and enterprise platforms.
- Standardise automation frameworks and promote Industry 4.0 practices within the manufacturing environment.
- Provide technical support during commissioning, troubleshooting, and continual improvement of automation infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative automation solutions aligned with business goals.
- Degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical, Controls, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in automation and process control within manufacturing settings, preferably in the food, pharmaceutical, or chemical sectors.
- Proven track record in deploying AI-based solutions for process enhancement.
- Proficiency in PLC/SCADA programming, industrial networking, and IT/OT integration.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages would be advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and smart sensor integration.
- Background working with real-time data acquisition and advanced manufacturing systems.
- Experience in leading cross-disciplinary technical projects.
