A leading biopharma company in Bayern, München is looking for an Omnichannel Manager to drive customer engagement and manage customer journeys. This role focuses on integrating insights and leading cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree and possess strong skills in customer insights, digital knowledge, and stakeholder management. Knowledge of both German and English is essential for success in this role.
