- Provide excellent customer service in German
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with your team to improve overall service quality
On-site: Modern offices in central Athens
Remote:
- If you relocate: work-from-home (WAH) within Athens
- If you already live in Greece: WAH from anywhere in Greece
- 2 weeks of hotel accommodation
- Paid flight ticket (within the EU)
- Airport pickup
- Real estate agency fee covered
- Fluency in German (spoken & written)
- Good level of English
- EU citizenship is mandatory
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
