Qualifikationen

Manager – Transfer Agency (M/F)
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Transfer Agency team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all investor-related activities (subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, distributions, transfers, and KYC/AML reviews).
Coordinate investor onboarding and ongoing due diligence in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the investor register and related documentation, including the proper handling of investor communications and reporting
Act as a key point of contact for clients, investors, auditors, and internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries related to investor transactions, documentation, and account maintenance with a strong focus on service quality and responsiveness
Participate in the training and development of junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence, compliance, and client orientation
Your profile
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a Transfer Agency or Investor Services function within the Luxembourg fund industry.
Solid knowledge of fund operations and relevant regulatory requirements (AML/KYC, AIFMD).
Attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills.
Fluency in English; proficiency in French or any other language is considered an asset
