The ideal candidate will oversee team operations, ensuring accurate investor-related processing and compliance with regulations. Strong expertise in fund operations and AML/KYC is required. Qualifikationen
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a Transfer Agency or Investor Services function.
- Solid knowledge of fund operations and regulatory requirements (AML/KYC, AIFMD).
- Strong focus on service quality and responsiveness.
Aufgaben
- Oversee operations of the Transfer Agency team.
- Coordinate investor onboarding and due diligence.
- Ensure accuracy of investor documentation.
- Act as primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Train and develop junior staff.

Operating under CSSF regulatory licenses as registrar agent, administrative agent of the financial sector, and client communication agent, we deliver bespoke, client-centric services powered by innovative technology and a solution-oriented mindset to meet the evolving needs of fund managers and investors.
In order to support our expansion, we are currently looking to recruit a:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Transfer Agency team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all investor-related activities (subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, distributions, transfers, and KYC/AML reviews).
- Coordinate investor onboarding and ongoing due diligence in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the investor register and related documentation, including the proper handling of investor communications and reporting
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, investors, auditors, and internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries related to investor transactions, documentation, and account maintenance with a strong focus on service quality and responsiveness
- Participate in the training and development of junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence, compliance, and client orientation
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a Transfer Agency or Investor Services function within the Luxembourg fund industry.
- Solid knowledge of fund operations and relevant regulatory requirements (AML/KYC, AIFMD).
- Attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French or any other language is considered an asset
