At NOM we’re searching for a visionary Creative to lead our design language across collections, events, campaigns and digital touchpoints. We are a remote company with an office in berlin. So if you are located in Berlin, Cologne or Amsterdam that is definitely a plus but not a need.

As our Creative and Graphic Designer, you’ll set the visual tone for everything we do – from event experiences to packaging to social storytelling. You’ll guide projects end-to-end, work closely with our fashion designer and marketing team and bring your creative visions to life.

• Lead the visual direction for campaigns and events and support with our product collections
• Translate brand identity into consistent storytelling
• Design packaging, lookbooks, print and event visuals
• Oversee artwork and graphics for apparel and accessories
• Support our collection development with creative input & design execution
• Collaborate with product, marketing and social creatives
• Take full ownership of projects – from moodboard to final execution
• Lead the creative design team (support with layouts for Socials, Emails and Co)

• Experienced in Art Direction / Graphic or communication Design (fashion or creative industry)
• Strong aesthetic sense with a love for minimalism and storytelling
• Confident in Adobe Suite, typography and brand systems
• Able to lead projects independently and inspire a team
• Organized, detail-oriented and visionary
• Passionate about fashion, travels and events
