A North European company is looking for an Area Manager in Bremerhaven to expand their business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and operational experience. You will manage budgets, build relationships, and oversee all operational activities. This is a highly independent position with opportunities for personal and professional development, supported by a strong organizational framework.

The Position
Forenom is expanding strongly in Germany, especially in the Bremerhaven area. We are looking for a committed and motivated Area Manager to lead and develop Forenom’s operations in the Bremerhaven area with the aim of making Forenom the market leading player in this geographical area.
You will report directly to the Director of Operations and work closely with the Management Team.
You are passionate about Sales & Operations, take ownership, responsibility and play central roles in driving business results.
You have prior sales experience with successful results. You have experience working in an international environment and are used to cooperating across borders. You live in the Bremerhaven area and German is your mother tongue; you communicate freely in English, both orally and in writing. You have good technical understanding and system experience (Forenom uses Salesforce and Qlik). Experience from the real estate or accommodation business is advantageous.

Your main working place will be from your home. As the business grows a local office will be established.
