Your team :

In this position, you'll work closely with the Managing Board and support them in both strategic and day-to-day matters. Your role will offer unique access to key touchpoints between leadership, internal functions, and external partners, helping to align strategic focus areas.

  • You'll support the Board with daily operations, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparing relevant documents.
  • You'll act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication across departments and with international partners.
  • You'll take ownership of special projects and support cross-functional initiatives with strategic importance.
  • You'll prepare reports, presentations, and decision-making documents, ensuring key information is well-organized and accessible.
  • You'll be a trusted sparring partner to the Board – thinking ahead, keeping things on track, and contributing your own ideas.
  • Your background :

  • You already have several years of working experience as an executive or management assistant.
  • You work in a structured and proactive way, know how to juggle multiple priorities, and keep calm under pressure.
  • You bring a high level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability when dealing with confidential information.
