Position: Area Sales Manager Denmark & Norway (m/f/d)

Location: Denmark/Norway, preferably Jutland.

What You Will Be Doing
  1. Developing sales strategies focusing on key customers and promoting specific products to improve customer relations, acquire new clients, and increase sales.
  2. Managing direct (OEM & local Distribution POA) and indirect (POS) accounts and supporting distributor sales teams within the region.
  3. Preparing offers based on customer or distributor requests in coordination with marketing.
  4. Working closely with Customer Service.
  5. Collaborating on contract negotiations (e.g., purchasing, logistics, quality, NDA, EDI) following Vishay's procedures.
  6. Implementing strategic plans with Vishay Key Distributors and Customers locally.
What You Will Bring
  1. A degree in Electronic Engineering or Physics is a plus.
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  3. Ability to work independently.
  4. Knowledge of the Danish and Norwegian markets.
  5. Fluent in Danish and English; Norwegian is a plus.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office.
  7. Willingness to travel within Denmark and Norway, and occasionally to other parts of Europe.
