Mondragon Assembly is an international group specializing in automation and assembly solutions. Established in Spain in 1977, it is a pioneer in production and assembly technologies. The group operates six manufacturing plants across Spain, Mexico, France, Germany, China, and Brazil, along with three technical and sales offices in India, Tunisia, and the USA.

We are divided into three business areas: Solar, E-Mobility & Energy Storage, and Automation Technologies. Our main activities include developing turnkey lines and machines, as well as contract manufacturing, providing global solutions through our extensive network.

Management of installation and commissioning of solar module assembly lines.

• Developing and maintaining project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful task execution.
• Monitoring project progress and addressing issues or risks.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations, permits, and safety standards.
• Overseeing project teams, providing guidance and support.
• Managing stakeholder expectations, communicating status, and resolving conflicts.
• Providing regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Planning, scheduling, and monitoring material deliveries to prevent delays.
