A global L&D consultancy is seeking a German-speaking Linux Trainer to deliver high-quality training remotely. Candidates should have expertise in Linux and the ability to obtain RedHat certifications. Location : Germany (MUST speak fluent German) - remote

Our client, a global L&D consultancy, is looking for German-speaking Linux Trainers. This role may suit an experienced trainer or a Linux Engineer / Systems Administrator looking to transition into training.
The client will support you in obtaining some RedHat certifications to enable you to deliver training to end customers. These include:
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) exam (EX200)
- Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) exam for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 (EX294)
Additionally, completing the Red Hat Certified Instructor (RHCI) training is required.
Both exams (RHCSA, RHCE, and RHCI) must be passed within 10 weeks of onboarding.
Key Job Responsibilities include:
- Gain Redhat certifications before starting training and deliver approximately 39 days of training per quarter.
- Deliver high-quality training to end customers.
- Ensure zero complaints from customers.
- Support the Red Hat curriculum team in conducting trainer upskilling and train-the-trainer sessions.
- Maintain continuous learning by upskilling and achieving additional certifications, aiming for 4 certifications per year.
- Prepare and design training content based on Red Hat courses tailored to customer needs.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for course material design and assist the Red Hat curriculum team in reviewing learning content.
