European Business Development Manager / Regional Sales Manager

We have a great opportunity to join our company, Centriforce, as you support our growth across Europe, driving new business, developing key accounts and expanding market reach within utilities, construction and landscaping.

SALARY: Competitive + Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits

LOCATION: Remote Working / Home Based with European Travel around Germany, Netherlands and Belgium. Candidates must reside in either Germany, Netherlands or Belgium. You will also be required to travel to the Liverpool, UK office 4 times per year.

Job Overview

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a European Business Development Manager / Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Centriforce and help expand our footprint across the German, Dutch and Belgian markets. You will drive new business growth, build strong customer relationships and represent the organisation across Europe.

As a European Business Development Manager / Regional Sales Manager you will focus on winning new business in the utilities, construction and landscaping sectors while also developing existing accounts. You will visit customers regularly, provide product expertise and work closely with the Commercial Director and internal teams.

The European Business Development Manager / Regional Sales Manager will also utilise a CRM system to manage pipelines, quotations and reporting, supporting Centriforce’s wider strategy and contributing insight into product performance, pricing and market trends.

As a successful candidate you must be self‑motivated and able to work on your own initiative. Whilst full training and support will be given from Centriforce in the UK, this role requires someone who manages their own time and will work autonomously to meet the company objectives.

Duties
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Deliver and exceed agreed sales budgets
  • Driving Business Growth: Generate new business opportunities across Europe
  • Managing Key Accounts: Develop relationships and increase profitable sales
  • Building Customer Relationships: Spend regular time visiting clients across target regions
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, quotations and sales updates
  • Market Insight: Gather and provide intelligence on pricing, products and competitors
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Centriforce’s commercial and operations teams
  • Product Engagement: Support new product suggestions through internal processes
  • Reporting: Provide monthly sales reports and attend meetings when required
Candidate Requirements
Essential
  • Proven experience of business development within related industries
  • Previous experience in B2B sales with strong relationship‑building skills
  • Fluent in English and a European language (German or Dutch preferred)
  • Strong account management and presentation skills
  • A background in distributor or channel development
  • Experience with CRM systems and MS Office applications
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Passionate, self‑motivated and confident working autonomously
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel extensively

  • Experience of an SME manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of plastics or recycled material products
