A UK-based manufacturer of sustainable products is seeking an experienced European Business Development Manager / Regional Sales Manager to drive new business and develop key accounts across utilities, construction, and landscaping sectors. This role involves significant travel in Europe and requires fluency in German or Dutch alongside English. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales record, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to work autonomously. LOCATION: Remote Working / Home Based with European Travel around Germany, Netherlands and Belgium. Candidates must reside in either Germany, Netherlands or Belgium. You will also be required to travel to the Liverpool, UK office 4 times per year.

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a European Business Development Manager / Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Centriforce and help expand our footprint across the German, Dutch and Belgian markets. You will drive new business growth, build strong customer relationships and represent the organisation across Europe.
As a European Business Development Manager / Regional Sales Manager you will focus on winning new business in the utilities, construction and landscaping sectors while also developing existing accounts. You will visit customers regularly, provide product expertise and work closely with the Commercial Director and internal teams.
The European Business Development Manager / Regional Sales Manager will also utilise a CRM system to manage pipelines, quotations and reporting, supporting Centriforce’s wider strategy and contributing insight into product performance, pricing and market trends.
As a successful candidate you must be self‑motivated and able to work on your own initiative. Whilst full training and support will be given from Centriforce in the UK, this role requires someone who manages their own time and will work autonomously to meet the company objectives.
