Job Description :-

• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201)
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
• Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, flows and other content of intermediate complexity
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
• Strong data management abilities
• A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
• A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
• Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
• com Advanced Admin (ADM211) certified
• Community Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
• Experience building Lightning Web Components
• Experience with GitHub
• Experience with Azure DevOps

Job Responsibilities

• Software development resources have adequate knowledge and expertise to execute at high-level on the defined work packages.
• Software development resources will receive adequate knowledge about project requirements to effectively execute on work packages.
• VWAC is responsible for ultimate deployment and operation of software systems.
• Development is done in agile style, meaning highest priority items in backlog will be delivered first, with possibility that lowest priority items will remain in backlog.
