We are looking for an experienced ERP Support Specialist with excellent technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and HR modules and related Microsoft cloud solutions and related technologies (e.g., Office 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Salesforce CRM, Jira Cloud (Software and Service Management), etc.). You must understand the business and translate our needs into a software solution that will realize the results, solve the problems and increase profitability.

The Support Specialist (ERP D365 Support Specialist) is part of the IT ServicesOPS team, the position is entirely remote but must be in Europe to avoid time differences.

Main responsibilities:

• Map overall design to business requirements and systems, making sure this is aligned with business goals and processes
• Assess, design, develop and support Microsoft Dynamics365 Finance and Operations, SCM, Production, HR and Talent, and Project Management modules.
• Responsible for leveraging Microsoft technology stack, X++, .Net, SQL Server, HTML, XML, Application integration framework, data, code migration and upgrades to customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 for operations
• Be a direct point of contact for Microsoft Partner company with ability to assess, justify and direct D365 improvements
• Be the guardian of D365 IT General Computer Controls (ITGC’s)
• Prepare development guidelines and building components
• Work on technical documentation and provide necessary technical training to employees if needed
• Responsible for software architecture and technical installation.
• Provide current best practices and solution alternatives as part of functional or technical design documents.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to the project team throughout the scope, implementation to ensure accurate delivery of project goals.

Plus, you ideally have:

• MS or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or IT or related and 3 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, SQL Server, X++, .Net.
• Other professional certifications in related products or offering
• Skilled in functional and technical design
• Proficient in Visual Studio, Business Intelligence Development Studio, PowerBI, SQL Server Data Tools.
• Familiarity with Azure SQL, O365 Administration
• Experience with Dynamics Portals
