Senior Creative Strategist in a highly autonomous role within the Performance Marketing Ad Creation Team. You craft creative strategies, define acquisition angles and optimise content across Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube Native and partner page funnels. You collaborate closely with the Team Lead Ad Creation Performance Marketing Partner / Advertorial Pages and the Creative Pod to produce standout assets with strong performance impact. Build for an international‑first setup with structured cross‑market knowledge transfer and asset sharing across all teams.

• You develop creative strategies, story angles and messaging frameworks for paid channels and partner pages spanning short‑form and long‑form formats tailored for both video and written content.
• You translate customer insights and performance data into innovative high‑converting content ideas.
• You collaborate with the Team Lead Ad Creation Performance Marketing Partner Pages and the Creative Pod to execute assets end‑to‑end.
• You write briefs, scripts and hooks and you oversee creative production.
• You continuously test and optimise content formats based on performance data.
• You stay ahead of platform trends and identify new opportunities for acquisition content.
• You own end‑to‑end project management for creative delivery, business‑as‑usual and campaign updates including timelines, stakeholder alignment and QA.

• 5 years experience in performance‑driven creative strategy (ideally D2C / beauty / wellness).
• Strong understanding of paid social and partner page creative mechanics.
• Proven track record of high‑performing ads and funnel assets.
• Excellent storytelling, analytical thinking and briefing skills.
• Fast, structured, performance‑focused working style.
