• Fluency in German.
• Very good command of English – both written and spoken.
• A profound passion for cars is a big plus.
• Work experience as a customer support / customer care representative for at least 6 months will be preferred.
• Highly developed communication skills.

• Tech savviness and learning agility.
• A positive attitude.
