Tasks

• Support, administer, and further develop applications, especially in planning and reporting (Oracle EPM and UNIT4 FP&A).
• Create and manage artifacts such as forms, dashboards, navigation flows, and business rules.
• Manage roles, authorizations, and the entire approval process.
• Analyze technical requirements and implement them efficiently.
• Carry out system adaptations, upgrades, and performance optimizations.
• Support connection of upstream systems (e.g., SAP R/3) and optimize ETL processes.
• Train and support departments in using Oracle EPM modules.

Requirements

• Degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or comparable qualification.
• Experience in support and development of applications in planning, financial consolidation, or analysis.
• Experience with FP&A systems like UNIT4 and ERP systems like Oracle ERP, SAP R/3, or S/4HANA is advantageous. Basic knowledge of databases (e.g., Oracle SQL) and ETL processes is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, controlling requirements, and multidimensional databases.
• Independent, reliable work ethic, motivated, team-oriented, with good communication skills and instinct for critical situations.
• Very good German skills (at least C1 level).
