Job Title: Advanced Product Steward - COE Communications (m/f/d) Summary: This is a strategic role within the Product Stewardship Transformation / CoE Team. This role is responsible for establishing efficient processes to enhance Product Stewardship customer and inter-company communication processes through automation, digitization, and standardization. This position will work closely with other Product Stewardship Teams, other Momentive business functions, and third parties to develop, implement, and assess communication process improvements. This role will be responsible for managing communication process improvement projects to include project tracking and reporting. This role will also develop and analyze metrics to assess communication process effectiveness and opportunities for future communication process improvements. The PS CoE Communications Process role (m/w/d) will also lead development of standards, operating procedures and work instructions related to communication processes and support training on these processes. Responsibilities Include:

Customer Communications Processes

• Establish process(es) to ensure customer responses are managed based on customer stratification (A,B,C); establish applicable company standards, standard operating procedures and/or work instructions to support customer response processes.
• Provide and/or support training related to established company standards, standard operating procedures and/or work instructions pertaining to customer response processes.
• Responsible for supporting PS Customer Service, PS Business Segment Partners, and PS Compliance Operations in development of standardized customer response templates.
• Responsible for roll out of response templates, and the governance for managing and updating response templates.
• Establish metrics/system to analyze customer inquiries; utilize data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of customer responses and provide feedback to the business.
• Oversee, lead, and execute projects for customer communication process improvements in sprint model; (e.g. SalesForce case management).
• Responsible to identify risks to loss of confidential product stewardship information and educate others how to identify and protect confidential product stewardship information.

Momentive Inter-Company Communications

• Develop Inter-Functional relationships (e.g. Inside Sales, Marketing) to enhance customer response service.
• Identify and develop necessary training and communications for PS and for stakeholders outside of the Product Stewardship team.
• Build, develop, and automate existing and/or new PS workflows for inter-functional communications (e.g. Product Stewardship Portal workflows, management of change, notification of change).
• Develop Inter-Functional relationships with IT to support new tool and process development and maintenance.

Project Management and Support

• Support large cross-region/cross-team projects within PS requiring external and internal communication process updates or enhancements(e.g. KCC Integration, site closure).
• Provide support to Joint Venture (JV) or integrating businesses. Support outgoing businesses consistent with Transition Agreements where support is needed for external and internal communications.
• Support Product Stewardship CoE and Transformation projects as needed.
• Ensure work is completed as per established timelines, to include identifying and working to resolve challenges outside of Product Stewardship function.

Skill Proficiency and Professional Development

• Mature and/or develop proficiency in software applications required to build and enhance customer and inter-company communication processes (i.e. Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Sales Force).
• Mature and/or develop proficiency in Project Management Tools (i.e. MS Project Online) required to efficiently manage communication project portfolio.
• Mature proficiency for development and delivery of business and project information and data.
• Mature and/or develop proficiency in SAP EHS Module and SAP BW.
• Establish robust development plan and development goals, and track progress quarterly. Includes developing plans for targeted development, attending activities, and debriefing afterward with an action plan.

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

• Multi annual years of relevant experience in a chemical/petrochemical or related industrial environment with multi annual years of product stewardship or regulatory affairs experience.
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Biology, Toxicology, Engineering, or equivalent experience in an applicable field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of current, cutting edge best practices associated with product stewardship management systems.
• Ability to work and lead effectively across global teams and multiple functions (commercial, supply chain, technology, manufacturing) to foster learning, drive change and manage through influence.
• Strong project management skills, preferably associated with digital transformation.
• Availability for global calls and interactions.
• Willingness to constantly improve knowledge and abilities in an interdisciplinary field.
• Demonstrated leader, creative problem solver, and have an aptitude to learn the relevant skill quickly.
• Facilitate multiple function involvement and participation in problem solving and solution development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (multifunctional, global, all levels of the organization) and highly customer focused.
• Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for continuous improvement.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.

• Six Sigma Blackbelt or Greenbelt.
• SAP EHS Module and BW skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficiency in SharePoint.
• Proficiency in Sales Force.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project Online.
• PMP or PgMP certification through Project Management Institute or equivalent.
• Experience with digital transformation.
• Experience working directly with customers, understanding and showing high level of commitment and response to their needs.
