Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SVP of Digital Customer Solutions (DCS), focusing on internal communications, training support, and employee engagement initiatives.

Operate under general supervision, offering personal administrative services and assistance.

Exercise discretion and judgment when appropriate, providing courteous, responsive, and accurate information.

We are looking for a Training and Support Analyst based in Bonn, Germany.

• Manage and update internal communication platforms (SharePoint, Teams, etc.) to ensure effective information dissemination.
• Develop and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and strategic communications, maintaining consistency across channels.
• Collaborate with BIT and other departments to ensure communication tools are effective and up-to-date, and train employees on their use.
• Work with product teams to create and maintain training materials for the product portfolio, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Support Product Managers in conducting training sessions and webinars to enhance digital customer experience.

• Assist in implementing the employee engagement strategy, including team meetings, recognition programs, surveys (EOS), huddles, learning sessions, and town halls.
• Coordinate team events such as workshops and town halls to foster relationships and improve team dynamics.
• Help manage onboarding processes to ensure new employees are welcomed and well-informed.

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments.
• Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Prepare and process expense reports and administrative documents.
• Assist in planning company events and meetings.

• Excellent communication skills in English and German, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Teams.
• Ability to analyze information to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Proactive, responsible, and energetic with stress tolerance and multitasking abilities.
• Discretion and accuracy in handling confidential information.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to excellence in a cross-regional environment, managing tasks across time zones.
• Good networking skills and sound judgment.
