Lead and manage valuation, financial modelling, and transaction engagements, ensuring accuracy, objectivity, and compliance with professional standards.
Oversee financial due diligence projects, including quality of earnings, working capital, net debt, cash flow, and profitability analyses.
Conduct and review valuations (businesses, intangible assets, purchase price allocations, impairment testing) and develop complex financial models for strategic decision-making.
Advise clients on deal structuring, negotiation support, and SPA‑related matters, highlighting key risks and opportunities.
Support clients through the full M&A lifecycle — from strategy and target identification to transaction execution and post‑merger integration planning.
Coordinate with tax, audit, legal, and advisory teams to deliver integrated, value‑adding solutions.
Present findings and recommendations clearly to clients, providing actionable insights to support investment and strategic decisions.
Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members while contributing to business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships.
