Tasks

• Responsible implementation of performance‑and quality‑oriented planning and execution of projects (project management) of small to medium size and complexity (technological innovation; development share and risk) or sub‑projects in compliance with the cost and time frame
• Ensuring all measures relevant to execution are taken to achieve project success in line with corporate goals
• Sustainable maintenance of customer contacts
• Ensuring external and internal contract, risk, and claim management (in cooperation with the respective departments)
• Technical management of small interdisciplinary project teams (without disciplinary responsibility)
• Conducting negotiations with customers, partners, and suppliers in coordination with the departments involved
• Supporting sales in acquisition transactions
• Ensuring targeted internal and external project communication
• Progress monitoring and evaluation, as well as preparation of reports from controlling reports
• Management of suppliers during project execution

Requirements

• Completed technical university degree (Dipl.-Ing. / Dipl.-Inform. / Master)
• Project management certification Level C according to GPM standard
• Experience in the responsible management of projects/teams
• Business fluent English and German skills (spoken and written), additional foreign language (Spanish, French) desirable
• Willingness to travel worldwide
