We are looking for an experienced Electrical Hardware Test Engineer to support the verification and validation of automotive LV and HV hardware products (ECU / Inverters). This role requires in-depth knowledge of automotive hardware development and validation with a focus on ASPICE process. You will work closely with project lead design team system & software teams to ensure the project milestone are met on time as per project timeline.

• Single Point of Contact (SPoC) Expert for ECU hardware verification and validation activities (LV and HV) within the testing team
• Creation and maintenance of test method strategies for projects with electronic control units and inverters
• Lead VAVE revalidation strategy and implementation
• Take part in customer meetings
• Support and lead the planning of testing activities as well as oversee implementation management to meet project and customer deadlines
• Support team members in reviewing test plans and test team deliverables
• Analysis of test results evaluation of compliance with requirements at the target hardware test level and review of test reports
• Definition of the working method for field failure analysis
• Initiation of test processes and templates according to GKN and ASPICE processes
• Coordination with the external test house EMS (manufacturing plant) and the SW team on test requirements
• Generate new ideas for test automation environment creation like passive load development data logging thermal measurement RBS / GUI development

• Masters degree in electrical engineering.
• Many (8) years of experience in electronics hardware testing (verification and validation) in the automotive sector
• Good knowledge of the design of analog / digital or mixed signal hardware circuits (microcontrollers power supply motor drivers)
• Good knowledge in the development of automotive electronics from product concept to application introduction
• Good experience in defining EOL concepts and creating test specifications for ECU tests (Verification & Validation)
• Experience with the development of V-models and the ASPICE process
• Experience with vector tools such as CANoe CANanalyser VFlash and vTEST studio
• Familiar with AEC Q101 102 ISO26262 ISO-16750 ISO 11452 ISO 10605 ISO 7637-2 CISPR 16 CISPR25 LV124 and custom test standards
• Very good knowledge of German and English for communication with international project teams and documentation

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Electrical Hardware Test Engineer der die Verifikation und Validierung von Fahrzeug-LV- und HV-Hardwareprodukten (ECU / Inverters) unterstützt. Diese Rolle erfordert fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und Validierung von Automobilhardware mit Schwerpunkt auf dem ASPICE-Prozess. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Projektleiter dem Designteam sowie den System- und Softwareteams zusammen um sicherzustellen dass der Projektmeilenstein pünktlich und gemäß dem Projektzeitplan erreicht wird.

• Single Point of Contact (SPoC) Experte für ECU-Hardware-Verifikations- und Validierungsaktivitäten (LV und HV) innerhalb des Testteams
• Entwicklung und Wartung von Testmethodenstrategien für Projekte mit elektronischen Steuereinheiten und Wechselrichtern
• Leitung der VAVE-Revalidierungsstrategie und Umsetzung
• Teilnahme an Kundentreffen
• Unterstützung und Leitung der Planung von Testaktivitäten sowie Überwachung des Implementierungsmanagements um Projekt- und Kundenfristen einzuhalten
• Unterstützen der Teammitglieder bei der Überprüfung von Testplänen und Ergebnissen des Testteams
• Analyse der Testergebnisse Bewertung der Einhaltung der Anforderungen auf der Ziel-Hardware-Testebene und Überprüfung von Testberichten
• Definition der Arbeitsweise für die Feldfehleranalyse
• Initiierung von Testprozessen und Vorlagen gemäß GKN- und ASPICE-Prozessen
• Koordination mit dem externen Testhaus EMS (Fertigungsanlage) und dem SW-Team zu den Testanforderungen
• Neue Ideen für die Erstellung von Testautomatisierungsumgebungen wie passive Lastentwicklung Datenprotokollierung thermische Messung RBS / GUI-Entwicklung generieren

• Masterabschluss in Elektrotechnik
• Mehrere (8) Jahre Erfahrung in der Hardware-Prüfung (Verifikation und Validierung) im Automobilsektor
• Gute Kenntnisse im Design von analogen / digitalen oder Mixed-Signal-Hardwareschaltungen (Mikrocontroller Netzteil Motortreiber)
• Gutes Wissen in der Entwicklung von Automobilelektronik vom Produktkonzept bis zur Anwendungseinführung
• Gute Erfahrung in der Definition von EOL-Konzepten und der Erstellung von Testspezifikationen für ECU-Tests (Verifizierung & Validierung)
• Erfahrungen mit der Entwicklung von V-Modellen und dem ASPICE-Prozess
