Your work
As Sales Manager for the DACH region, based in Munich, you will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities. You’ll promote IQIP’s advanced mechanical and hydraulic equipment to infrastructure and construction companies throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This role requires extensive travel and strong relationship-building skills. You will manage both short and long sales cycles and work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Your responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for new business

Build and maintain strong relationships with (potential) customers

Travel frequently to visit client sites and attend industry events

Identify customer needs and translate these into tailored IQIP solutions

Work closely with engineering and project teams to provide technical and commercial support

Lead negotiations and close contracts for complex mechanical equipment

Manage sales pipelines and report market developments internally

Your Profile

A bachelor’s degree in a technical or commercial field

Several years of experience in selling mechanical and/or technical products

Skilled in managing both complex, long-term sales and fast, short-cycle deals

Fluent in German and English

Strong communicator with excellent negotiation abilities

Willingness to travel frequently across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland

Affinity with civil engineering, infrastructure, or heavy machinery sectors

Proactive, results-driven, and customer-oriented mindset
