We are hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join a digital marketing team supporting international clients. This role focuses on campaign optimization and performance improvement, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads.
- Optimize and manage digital marketing campaigns with a focus on Google Ads
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Implement optimization strategies to improve ROI and KPIs
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders
- Ensure best practices in digital advertising and compliance
- Fluency in German
- Good level of English
- Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience with Google Ads (mandatory)
- Proven experience in digital marketing optimization
- Strong analytical and performance‑driven mindset
- Ability to work in a hybrid model
- Gross salary of €23,000 per year
