Your Responsibilities
  • Grow Our Community: Engage with our audience across social media and online platforms, sharing the latest news and insights from our network.
  • Continuously Improve: Analyze communication and event activities to find opportunities for enhancement.
  • Innovate Community Formats: Find and execute new ways to connect and engage with our community.
  • Create Memorable Experiences: Design and execute innovative events with our Head of Events, from panels to podcasts, that provide value and foster meaningful connections.

  • Coordinate Seamless Events: Support our Head of Events in managing event timelines, invitations, as well as online and on-site logistics to ensure a smooth experience for all participants.
  • Support Our Community: Host events with partner organizations, coordinate with external service providers, and manage all logistical details.
  • Design Engaging Content: Use tools like WordPress, Canva, and Photoshop to create compelling visuals and materials.
  • Manage Budgets: Oversee event and communication-related expenses in collaboration with our finance team.

What we are looking for
  • A creative storyteller with excellent project management skills and experience in various communication formats.
  • An experienced communicator with 3+ years in B2B or corporate communications and event planning.
  • A dynamic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong organizational skills.
  • Fluency in German and English (min B2 level in both).
  • A good understanding of the corporate world, especially in finance or insurance, is a strong plus.
  • Innovative and outgoing, with a passion for bringing fresh ideas to our community activities.
