Location: Building 3210, Kleber Kaserne, Kaiserslautern, Germany Position Overview: The Candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Kleber Barracks Army Community Service (ACS) Information and Referral Program.

This role involves providing comprehensive and accurate ACS and community information to newcomers and long-term community members alike.

By acting as a central point of contact, the Community Information Specialist will ensure that individuals have access to a wide range of essential information, contributing to a positive and informed community experience.

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for individuals seeking ACS and community information, both newcomers and long-term residents.

Provide accurate, up-to-date, and relevant information regarding community resources, services, events, programs, and facilities.

Assist newcomers in acclimating to the community by offering guidance on essential services, educational opportunities, recreational activities, and local amenities.

Collaborate closely with the ACS team to ensure consistent and comprehensive information dissemination to the community.

Maintain a thorough understanding of the local community and the resources available, remaining knowledgeable about changes, updates, and new developments.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.

Customer-focused approach with a genuine passion for assisting individuals and enhancing their community experience.

Familiarity with military community services and resources is a plus.
