The Order Management Specialist is responsible for processing customer orders efficiently while adhering to company policies and track orders through delivery and resolve any issues.

This position is located in Dreieich, Germany and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

• We're seeking a proactive and organized individual to take ownership of our customer order process. You'll play a vital role in making sure our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

Your responsibilities will include managing orders from placement to delivery, proactively addressing any delivery challenges, and contributing to making our delivery process even more efficient.

• You'll also participate in brief daily team meetings to share updates and work together on ways to enhance our performance and customer satisfaction.

• If you're a strong communicator, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Who you are:

• A completed "kaufmännische Berufsausbildung" provides a strong foundation.

• Your fluency in German and good English skills will be key in this role.

• Any initial experience with ERP systems like Oracle and CRM systems like Salesforce.com will help you hit the ground running.

• First years of experience in a order management role demonstrate your ability to thrive
