Job summary
A leading e-commerce recruitment firm is looking for a Vendor Business Development Brands Manager to work remotely in the DACH region. The ideal candidate will have a strong e-commerce background, fluency in German and English, and an established network of local vendors. This role involves researching and engaging merchandise partners, helping vendors develop their brands, and analyzing consumer data to enhance sales opportunities on an expanding platform.

Responsibilities
- Research and engage with merchandise partners for the e-commerce platform.

Skills
This role is 100% remote for someone with E-COMMERCE Background and fluent German. You will be working with the Germany-based team of one of the fastest growing e-commerce businesses in the world. Your job is to research, locate and engage with new suppliers & vendors with new products that will be sold on the site. You must have an e-commerce background and an established network of vendors.
TITLE: Vendor Business Development Brands Manager GERMANY
SALARY: €100,000-€160,000 per annum + excellent benefits
LOCATION: 100% remote role based anywhere in the DACH region
LANGUAGE REQUIRED: Fluent German and fluent English
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: Vendor management (local seller network)
SECTOR: Retail and E-commerce Platforms

- Research, develop and initiate conversations with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands with a view to them putting their goods on the e-commerce platform
- Help merchandise partners establish their presence on the e-commerce platform
- Help vendors develop a business plans (eg market positioning, product planning, brand marketing, and logistics)
- Do market research and gain an understanding of what customers are buying online
- Help your vendors with plans to help them cope with logistics during high-demand periods such as Christmas
- Undertake data analysis of consumer trends
- Fluent German & English
- E-commerce experience
- An established network of relationships with local sellers in the DACH Region
- Consumer data analysis skills
