As a Microsoft 365 Administrator, you’ll ensure our hybrid and cloud infrastructure runs smoothly, securely, and evolves continuously. You’ll implement modern identity concepts, support our teams with reliable second-level assistance, and create clear documentation that empowers users and IT alike. You’ll also contribute to the integration of AI-powered tools and automation to enhance productivity and user experience across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Location: Mobile Work (Germany-wide)
- Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Copilot, etc.), increasingly using AI-driven features and automation.
- Maintain and further develop our existing Microsoft on-premises and cloud environment.
- Manage identity & access with Entra ID and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
- Resolve support requests using smart ticketing systems and AI-assisted diagnostics.
- Create and maintain documentation for both end users and internal IT support teams.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 hybrid and cloud environments, ideally with AI-enhanced tools.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and familiarity with features like Copilot, Teams, SharePoint Online and Exchange Online.
- Solid Windows administration skills and interest in automation.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, both on-premises and in Entra ID.
- Strong analytical skills to understand and solve complex tasks.
- Fluent English skills for collaboration in a global tech environment.
