You’re the front line of our sales team. You convert prospects into qualified pipeline, craft smart outreach, and bring logistics decision-makers to the table — using automation and AI tooling. You’ll learn how modern B2B sales actually works.

Tasks
  • Identify and qualify new leads in the logistics sector.
  • Build smart outbound sequences using AI tools & agents.
  • Engage via phone, email, messenger — whatever gets replies.
  • Book demos for our Account Executives and track outcomes.
  • Keep our CRM (Pipedrive) tight and clean.
  • Feedback what messaging sticks and what needs fixing.
Requirements
  • You’re excited about sales & a steep learning curve.
  • You like talking to people and don’t panic when calling strangers.
  • You love getting sh*t done without micromanagement.
  • First experience in B2B SaaS, consulting, or logistics is a plus.
  • German fluent, English strong.
  • Bonus: interest in startups/SaaS/logistics — mindset > background.
