As a Senior Manager Data Science, you will lead AI & Machine Learning initiatives, driving innovation, and delivering high-impact solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge data science strategies, ensuring business impact, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

• Lead end-to-end AI & Machine Learning projects, from problem definition to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and implement advanced machine learning models, predictive analytics, and AI solutions to solve complex business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into digital products and services.
• Drive innovation by exploring emerging AI technologies, ensuring Publicis Sapient remains at the forefront of data science advancements.
• Establish best practices for data governance, model deployment, and AI ethics to ensure responsible AI adoption.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on AI transformation, helping them leverage data science for competitive advantage.
• Mentor and lead a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to communicate the value of AI & Machine Learning, influencing decision-making at the executive level.

• 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science, with a strong track record of delivering AI-driven solutions.
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models at scale, including NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
• Strong understanding of data engineering, data pipelines, and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience in leading AI transformation programs, working with C-level executives to drive AI adoption.
• Strong knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, and interpretability, ensuring responsible AI deployment.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence business and technical teams.

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• Experience in AI strategy and AI-driven business transformation.
• Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or Cloud Computing (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer).
• Strong expertise in MLOps, model monitoring, and AI governance.
