Our AI Development department serves as a facilitator for Data & AI transformation. We are taking a holistic approach, from the initial evaluation of AI maturity, through the design and development of data and AI solutions, to the practical implementation and scaling of AI solutions. Through our deep expertise in Data Engineering, Data Science and Machine Learning, we ensure that our clients gain the maximum value from their data.
Your tasks
- You will lead end-to-end national and international data science & AI projects, ensuring delivery in scope, time, budget, and quality.
- You have a deep understanding of the needs of our clients and users, leverage data and AI solutions effectively, and continuously seek to elevate the value derived from our analytics and models for our clients.
- You engage with our major clients from various industries, providing insightful consultation on data analytics, AI strategies, and their integration into business processes.
- You will spearhead and mentor project teams using the Scrum framework, facilitating effective sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and regular retrospectives.
- You craft, refine, and prioritize user stories and product backlogs in sync with your scrum team, ensuring a value‑driven approach to feature releases.
- You oversee both technical and commercial project outcomes, ensuring transparency through Scrum artifacts such as burn‑down charts, sprint reviews, and accurate reporting.
- You will serve as the main point of contact for clients and senior management on project progression, outcomes, and data‑driven insights.
- You proactively identify and navigate potential project risks within our data science & AI projects and drive innovation.
Your profile
- You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT Project Management, preferably with data science & AI projects in particular.
- You bring prior consulting experience that demonstrates your ability to understand client needs, shape effective solutions, and guide decision‑making processes.
- You have a proven track record of leading agile teams, inclusive of internal and client members, in software and AI & data science projects.
- You demonstrate a strong agile mindset with hands‑on knowledge of Scrum, while familiarity with agile (SAFe) and classic waterfall principles is a plus.
- You have a demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships at multiple levels, including senior management, with a focus on solution‑oriented approaches.
- You have a commitment to quality, customer‑orientation, and the ability to drive long‑term client relationships.
- Your natural leadership qualities, marked by confidence, initiative, problem‑solving skills, and adaptability to various project‑management methods round off your profile.
- You are proficient in English and German (both at least at C1 level) and characterised by a clear and open communication style.
