As a B2B Content Marketing Strategist / AI Expert at Growmodo, you will own the content efforts, shaping messaging strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and our website. You will leverage AI tools to maximize reach and impact, develop high-performing content to drive engagement, generate leads, and build brand authority. You will also represent Growmodo externally through podcasts and media appearances.

1. Content Strategy and Development: Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on design, development, and marketing themes relevant to our B2B audience.
2. Thought Leadership Content: Create articles, case studies, and opinion pieces to position Growmodo as an industry leader, targeting marketing managers, agency owners, and startup founders.
3. Copywriting and Content Creation: Produce engaging copy for various platforms, maintaining brand voice and adapting content to platform needs.
4. Content Scaling with AI: Use AI tools to enhance content output, streamline creation, and develop micro-content from long-form pieces.
5. Podcasts and Media Engagement: Represent Growmodo on podcasts and media outlets, sharing insights and thought leadership.
6. Content Calendar Management: Maintain a content calendar for consistent delivery.
7. Performance Analysis: Monitor content metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.

• Proven B2B content marketing experience with thought leadership focus.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, especially for LinkedIn, Instagram, and lead magnets.
• Ability to scale content using AI tools.
• Experience engaging marketing professionals.
• Strong communication skills for media appearances.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
