HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Systems Administrator to support our customer, the A32 for the 603rd Air Operations Center (AOC). The Systems Administrator will provide systems administration support to a Forward Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (FPED) system that supports dynamic targeting efforts within the EUCOM and AFRICOM AORs. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Create and verify backups of data from servers, as needed/appropriate, working with FPED team.
• Respond, resolve, and/or coordinate help desk requests for Tier I/II level support (issues that can be resolved within 48hours and/or are not mission impacting).
• Coordination of Tier III/IV level support requirements through SERENA (Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMIs),maintenance, and ticket management site) with FPED remote technicians’/ engineers’ support and/or FPED Program Management Office support (issues that cannot be resolved within 48 hours and/or are mission impacting).
• Respond to help desk requests after hours on a limited basis.
• Provides system administration/maintenance Tier 1 and Tier 2 support based on industry and Air Force standards, support clients for all system problems and anomalies. Support trouble tickets submitted via the appropriate ticketing system.
• Assist Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) in providing systems security management, technical analysis, and documentation support.
• Administer user accounts, file permissions, and print queues supporting AOC A32 customers on FPED systems.
• Load and configure software packages, updates, and patches to systems within secured facilities to ensure required compliance.
• Supports division-level Cyber Security Liaison (CSL) functions, as well as provides additional network/system support for AOC distributed mission operations.

• 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
• Three (3) years of hands-on work experience in Windows/Linux operating environments
• Clearance: Must have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

• Working knowledge of conducting vulnerability scans. Working knowledge of Baseline Standard requirements. Experience with databases, malware protection software, and other processes.
• Prior USAF Systems Administration Experience. Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies.
• Recent experience as an ISSO, ISSE, or Cyber Security specialist in an IT-centric environment.
• Experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
