We are seeking motivated and communicative Call Center Agents (m/f/d) to support our customer service team for a well-known payment service provider – entirely from home. Start: 22.09.2025 | Location: 100% Homeoffice | Weekly hours: 30 - 40 h

Working hours: Monday to Saturday between 8 am and 6 pm

Salary: Fixed salary of €2,223/month (for 40h/week) + fixed home office allowance of €30/month + performance bonus up to €265/month

Your new responsibilities:

  • Handling customer calls related to payment services.
  • Assisting with questions about invoices, returns, and installment payments.
  • Updating customer data and maintaining our database.

What you bring:

  • An existing account with the customer (the payment service provider will inform you about this during the phone interview), with no negative payment marks.
  • Fluent German (C2 level) in speaking and writing
  • Negotiation-level English skills (C1 level)
  • Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills
  • Enjoyment in communication and phone work
  • Enthusiasm for working from home and using the latest technology

Requirements for your home office work:

  • Broadband connection (DSL, VDSL, or cable)
  • Internet speed of at least 16 Mbps downstream and 1 Mbps upstream
  • A quiet, lockable room with an ergonomic workspace
  • Residence in Germany
